- Enable Smarter Result Management for schools.
- Offer Simplified Workflows for teachers to upload scores and manage classes.
- Provide Instant Access and Transparency & Trust for parents to view their child’s results and progress.
- Allow students to Track Progress Clearly and access their Personal Academic Record.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
- Account Access: Each user (School, Teacher, Parent, Student) is provided with their own secure login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Accuracy of Data: Schools and Teachers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all results and academic data entered into the platform.
- Acceptable Use: Users agree to use the platform solely for its intended educational purpose. Any unauthorized access, data alteration, or misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited.
4. Subscription and Payments (For Schools)
- Pricing Structure: Services are charged based on a “per student per term” model, according to the chosen plan (Basic, Premium, or Advanced).
- Payment Obligation: The School agrees to pay the fees associated with the chosen plan as outlined in the Pricing Plans section of our website. Fees are payable per student per term.
- Plan Features: Features are based on the selected plan. For example, the Premium Plan includes SMS/Email notifications, and the Advanced Plan includes Priority Support and Custom School Branding.
5. Intellectual Property
- Edlum Platform: The Edlum platform, its design, code, and technology are the proprietary property of Edlum. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
- User Content: Schools and Teachers retain ownership of the academic data and content (e.g., results, names) uploaded to the platform. By uploading content, you grant Edlum a license to use this data solely for the purpose of providing the service (i.e., displaying results, generating reports).

- Commitment: Edlum is committed to ensuring that Student data is encrypted and protected, ensuring privacy at every step.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
